Consultation Event

Thank you to those of you who attended the Forestry Commission Scotland public consultation event held on the 17th February with regard to the proposed developments.  It was good to see so many people turn out and take the time to provide their feedback and comments on the project.

We have now had time to consider all the comments received.  This has resulted in, where appropriate, some changes to the plans.  So that you can see what changes have been made and how the project has developed we will be holding a further event to view and discuss the amended plans as follows:

Venue:          Main Hall, McMillan Hall, Newton Stewart
Date:            18th April 2012
Time:            11am until 3pm (drop in session)

Feel free to come along and meet the team and view the plans.

I hope to see you there!
