It’s an exciting day for the Galloway Visitor Project; the expression of interest for the business opportunities has gone live!

The completion of the project may seem like a long way off, there are lots of aspects of the project that need addressing now.  One of these is the commercial lets opportunities for private businesses the project will create.  There will be four business opportunities as follows:

Kirroughtree Catering
Kirroughtree Bike Shop
Clatteringshaws Catering
Glentrool Catering

All of these will be put out to competitive tender.  The first stage of this is the Expressions of Interest (EOI).  This is a document that tells interested people and parties about the opportunities on offer.  This will be followed by the Invitation to Tender (ITT) where interested parties tell us about their business propositions.  This will be followed by interviews and selection of the successful businesses
Anyone interested in tendering for one of the businesses can do so.  If you think you know someone who may be interested in being part of this exciting venture tell them now!

It’s important any interested parties don’t miss out on this unique opportunity and register before the closing at 12noon on the 18th June 2012.  For more information on the project and how to register an interest download the Expressions of Interest brochure at:

Thank you
